Work Injury Treatment

  • Lake Regional Occupational Medicine treats all types of work-related injuries, including lacerations, crush injuries, burns, fractures and exposures.
  • Only employees whose companies have authorized their care receive treatment.
  • Injured employees have same-day access for acute injuries. Appointments may be used for non-emergencies.
  • We educate the employee and employer on the nature of the injury and the expected outcome.
  • We provide treatment using structured stages; rehabilitation and work hardening are available.
  • We help provide a prompt return to work, if possible.
  • We create Injury Treatment Summary reports after each visit to send with the employee or to fax to the employer.
  • We have direct contact with Worker's Compensation Insurance to discuss recommended treatments or referrals.
