Some users are receiving error messages while using online bill pay. If you receive an error message, your payment has not been processed.

Thank you for choosing Lake Regional! Changes to our medical records and billing system on May 1, 2017, affect how our customers pay their bills online. Please select the option below that is right for you. 

Clinic customers:

  • If the date of service listed on your bill is before May 1, 2017, OR you have not provided an email address to Lake Regional, please use the online bill pay form.

  • If the date of service is on or after May 1, 2017, AND your email address is on file at Lake Regional Health System, please pay your bill using the Patient Portal.  

Hospital customers:

New, Easy-to-Read Statements

Lake Regional account information for clinic-based physicians and the hospital are now in one combined statement. The new format of your printed statements shows balances for all patients with the same guarantor (responsible party) in a two-page layout. Account numbers starting with "H" represent services provided in the hospital; account numbers starting with "PG" or "MG" represent services provided by physicians.

Although some professional services will continue to bill separately, we hope these changes will make your statement easier to read and more convenient to access.
