Lake Regional patients now access their health information using two portals: a clinic portal and a hospital portal.

Due to system maintenance on Tuesday, October 19, from 10 p.m. through October 20, 4:00 a.m., you may not be able to View or Create a Patient Health Summary on the Lake Regional Hospital Patient Portal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



  • Clinic visits from June 15, 2019, onward
  • Lab and imaging results following clinic visits
