Local Students Experience Career Camp at Lake Regional

Lake Regional Health System hosted a Career Camp for students between the ages of 10 and 14 on Thursday and Friday, July 13 and 14, at Lake Regional Hospital. The students gained an understanding of careers throughout the health care field, including patient care, administration, engineering, computer systems, pharmacy, rehab therapies, social work and more. Participants also gained hands-on experience through job shadowing and lifelike scenarios, and they learned CPR techniques for individuals 8 years old and older.
