Lake Regional Health System welcomes a new director of Primary Care, Lindsay Bentley, MSN, RNC-MNN.
“We are pleased to have Lindsay at Lake Regional,” said Michael Burcham, Lake Regional vice president of Physician Practices. “Patients in our primary care clinics will benefit from her more than 20 years of health care experience, including several years spent as a nurse. She will lead our clinics as they continuously improve for our patients.”
Bentley has a Master of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln. She worked for Methodist Health System in Omaha for the past 20 years. Her most recent position was managing primary care clinics. Previous roles included serving as a charge nurse in a maternity unit and later as a staff development nurse in charge of the training, clinical education and annual competencies for all staff hired in the OB-GYN units. She also assisted with the opening of the Methodist Women’s Hospital.
Bentley’s family has had a home at the Lake of the Ozarks for about 15 years.
“We have always loved the area and spent our vacation time at the lake,” she said. “I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise along with helping Lake Regional grow and be the choice for health care for families in and around the lake area.”
Bentley and her husband, Todd, have been married for 18 years and have two children, a 14-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. They enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, going to the kids’ sporting events and attending Denver Broncos games.
