Harley Kay and Riley Mae, twin daughters of Tyler and Jessie Hoots of Lebanon, Missouri, are the first babies born at Lake Regional Health System in 2019. Harley was born at 6:53 a.m. Jan. 1. She weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. Riley was born at 6:58 a.m. Jan. 1. She also weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 18 inches long.
Harley and Riley’s maternal grandparents are Bobby Cleeton of Lebanon and Deborah Schaffer of Lebanon. Their paternal grandparents are Jeremy Hoots of Cabool and Tammy Young of Lebanon. They have an older brother, Westley, who is 3 years old.
As the New Year’s babies, the twins received a portable play yard donated by Lake Regional Health System.
Harley and Riley were born in Lake Regional’s new Family Birth Center, located in the hospital’s new Women’s and Children’s Unit.
