Lake Regional Health System welcomes two new clinic managers: Maeghan Kidd, LPN, ACLS, oversees Lake Regional Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Anastasia Schimpff oversees Lake Regional’s cardiac clinics, which include Lake Regional Heart and Vascular; Lake Regional Cardiovascular Institute; and Lake Regional Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgery.
As clinic managers, Kidd and Scimpff focus on helping people connect with their clinic providers and services. They also help ensure the clinics deliver patient-focused care.
Kidd has nine years of nursing experience and a background in community health and reaching underserved populations. She has lived in the Buffalo, Missouri, are all of her life. She and her husband have a son, who attends Buffalo Elementary.
Schimpff previously managed five service lines for Avita Health System in north central Ohio. Originally from southern Illinois, she lived at the lake for 10 years before moving to Ohio. She has one daughter, who graduated from School of the Osage.
Lake Regional Health System provides comprehensive health care services to residents and visitors throughout the mid-Missouri region. The hospital is a Level II Stroke Center, Level II STEMI (heart attack) Center and Level III Trauma Center. Lake Regional also provides a wide range of specialties, including cancer care, heart care, orthopedics and women’s health. Plus, Lake Regional operates primary care clinics, Express Care clinics, rehab therapy clinics, programs for home health and hospice, and retail pharmacies.
