Lake Regional Resumes Phase 3 Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Friday, January 15, 2021

Lake Regional Health System has announced that Phase 3 Cardiopulmonary Rehab will resume on an appointment basis effective Feb. 1.

The program will open in three locations: Lake Regional Hospital, Lake Regional Clinic – Eldon and Lake Regional Clinic – Laurie.

“There are multiple changes to our Phase 3 program, the main one being that we will schedule all Phase 3 patients at a specific appointment time,” said Jody Corpe, E.P., Lake Regional Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation manager. “We will not be offering an ‘open gym’ concept as we did before COVID-19, but we will be offering specific times throughout the week to exercise, along with exercise supervision and guidance.”

A physician’s referral is required to begin Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. Once patients have a physician’s order, they will need to call their desired location for appointment times and details.

Lake Regional Clinic – Lake Ozark has permanently closed Phase 3 services, and Lake Regional Clinic – Camdenton has no current plans to resume Phase 3 services.
