Two Lake Regional Health System clinics are relocating to improve access for patients.
Lake Regional Heart and Vascular
On Thursday, May 21, Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon Charles Canver, M.D., FACS, and Cardiologist Zubair Khan, M.D., FACC, of Lake Regional Heart & Vascular will move to Suite 220. The new location is on Lake Regional’s second floor, near the Laboratory. Patients are encouraged to use Emergency Department Entrance D and the North elevator to reach the clinic.

Lake Regional Pulmonology
On Tuesday, May 26, Lake Regional Pulmonology providers Joe Sohal, M.D., FCCP, and Cira Monnig, FNP, will move to Suite 225 (formerly Lake Regional Heart and Vascular). To access the clinic, patients should use the hospital’s main entrance and East elevators to reach the second floor. This new location moves the clinic closer to pulmonary function testing, also located on the hospital’s second floor.

What to Expect When You Visit Lake Regional
To ensure the safety of our patients and our employees, Lake Regional Health System is taking the following precautions at all locations.
- Screening staff and patients before they enter the building
- Requiring face masks to enter Lake Regional facilities. A cloth face covering will be provided to patients who do not have one.
- Reformatting waiting rooms to enable social distancing
- Cleaning waiting rooms more frequently
- Thoroughly disinfecting exam rooms between each patient visit
- Maintaining a no visitor policy
- Offering virtual visits
