Lake Regional Announces New Director, New Manager

Lake Regional Health System is pleased to announce the start of a new director and manager.

Layla Earl has joined Lake Regional as Revenue Cycle director. In health care, the revenue cycle touches nearly all aspects of a patient’s experience: admissions, patient care coordination, billing and more. In her director role, Earl will facilitate patient access and financial services, oversee communications with health insurance carriers and manage receivables. Earl has more than 15 years of health care experience and an in-depth knowledge of all facets of revenue cycle operation. Before joining Lake Regional, Earl served as director of Patient Access at Phelps Health Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri. Earl lives in Linn Creek.

Boudicca “Bo” Deeds, CCA, MBA, has been promoted to Health Information Management manager. She will oversee the daily operations of the department, including release of information, scanning, analysis, clinical documentation integrity and coding. Deeds started at Lake Regional in 2018 as a clinical documentation specialist/operations analyst, and her resourcefulness and leadership skills quickly led to supervisory roles in the department. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in business administration and previously worked in management of a home care agency. Deeds lives in Lake Ozark.
