Lake Regional Announces 2 New Leaders

Lake Regional Health System is pleased to announce the start of two new leaders.

Sarah Green, R.N., MSN-NA, CPAN, NEA-BC Sarah Green, R.N., MSN-NA, CPAN, NEA-BC

Sarah Green, R.N., MSN-NA, CPAN, NEA-BC, has joined Lake Regional as director of Perioperative Services. She oversees Outpatient Services, Surgery, Multi-Services, Pain Clinic, Endoscopy Center and Central Sterile.

Green has nearly 20 years of health care experience, with 15 of those years in leadership. She has spent most of her career focused on procedural areas and comes to Lake Regional from Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas, where she served as director of perioperative services, the cardiovascular and electrophysiology lab, the pain clinic, anesthesia services and perfusion services. She is relocating to Camdenton, Missouri.

Joe Selby, R.N. Joe Selby, R.N.

Joe Selby, R.N., has been promoted to Outpatient Services nurse manager. He leads the care teams in Outpatient, Multi-Services and Endoscopy.

Selby has worked at Lake Regional since 2020. As a cardiovascular registered nurse, he cared for patients receiving open-heart and other cardiovascular-thoracic surgeries. He has also served on the PICC/Vascular Access Team. He graduated from Mercy College of Nursing and Health Sciences of Southwest Baptist University in Springfield, Missouri. He lives in Osage Beach.

Lake Regional Perioperative Services provided more than 44,750 patient visits during fiscal year 2022. Services include surgeries, colonoscopies, infusions and more. Learn more at
