Lake Ozark Welcomes Nurse Practitioner Hilary English

Friday, April 1, 2022

Lake Regional Health System announces Hilary English, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has joined Lake Regional Clinic – Lake Ozark at 1870 Bagnell Dam Blvd.

“Nurse Practitioner Hilary English connects with her patients and supports them in understanding and following through on their care plan,” said Apryl Welch, R.N., clinic manager. “We are thankful to have her on our team.”

English has worked at Lake Regional in various roles, including as a charge nurse for the Emergency Department, as a quality improvement process coordinator and as a float pool nurse serving various hospital units. She already had 20 years of nursing experience when she became a family nurse practitioner at the end of 2021.

“I was drawn to primary care because I really like taking care of the whole family,” English said. “I love getting to know my patients. Each patient has a different goal for their health, and when they finally meet that goal, whether big or small, it is exciting for me. I love helping my patients succeed!”

English was born in Oklahoma to a military family and traveled the world during her elementary years. Her family then settled near Dixon, Missouri. She and her husband, Jamin, have two sons and live on a small hobby farm in Macks Creek.

Along with English, primary care providers at Lake Regional Clinic – Lake Ozark include Christine Livek, M.D.; Dale Lockhert, M.D; Kayla Blaes, MSN, FNP-C; and Alicia Goodhart, MSN, APRN, FNP-C.
