Lake Regional Hospital Auxiliary Presents 41st Annual Ball

Thursday, July 13, 2017

The Lake Regional Hospital Auxiliary will host the 41st Annual Ball on Saturday, Oct. 7, at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark. Throughout its history, this event has raised more than $2 million for Lake Regional Health System, benefitting the Cancer Center, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Emergency Department, Family Birth Center, Surgery and more.

“Our auxiliary members are proud to support Lake Regional’s mission of providing exceptional health care,” said Bill Ricker, a hospital volunteer who, along with his wife, Beverly, is serving as an Annual Ball co-chair. “Once again, we invite the entire community to join us in this evening of celebration.”

The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing. Flashback KC, an energetic eight-piece band with a three-piece horn section and outstanding vocalists, will provide the entertainment, and dinner will be a four-course gourmet meal.

“The Ball is a wonderful event, offering terrific food and entertainment, while supporting local health care,” said Laurie Lowther, the ball’s third co-chair and director of Lake Regional’s Wound Healing Center. “It’s a time to take pride in Lake Regional and to give thanks to our generous supporters.”

This year, Lake Regional CEO Michael E. Henze and his wife, Gerri, are serving as the event’s honorary chairs.

All proceeds from the 41st Annual Ball will benefit Lake Regional Outpatient Services, which includes ambulatory surgery. With more than 26,400 visits annually, the busy department will be remodeled to enhance patient comfort and privacy and to accommodate the growing number of individuals who require outpatient services.

Sponsorship packages are available ranging from $500 to $10,000. All sponsors will receive preferred seating.
