Clinics - Primary Care

Lake Regional has seven primary care clinics throughout the lake area: Camdenton, Eldon, Iberia, Lake Ozark, Laurie, Lebanon and Osage Beach. These clinics welcome new patients of all ages.

Primary care clinics provide sick visits for such needs as a sore throat or fever, as well as management of chronic conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Primary care clinics also provide well-child checks, sports physicals and preventive medicine for adults.

Lake Regional's primary care providers include family medicine practitioners, who treat all ages; pediatricians, who focus on infants, children and teens; and internists, who focus on adults.

Committed to You

Lake Regional Health System is open and ready to serve you. More importantly, we’re committed to doing so safely by upholding the latest protocols from the CDC.

  • Screening: We screen staff and patients before they enter and Lake Regional facility.
  • Masks: All patients are required to wear face coverings and they are provided for patients who do not have them. Our staff wear masks and other PPE to protect patients.
  • Waiting Options: Patients have the option to wait in their car or in the waiting room.
  • Cleaning: Facilities, exam rooms and waiting rooms are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.
  • Smaller Groups: To keep the number of people in buildings low, we have updated our visitor policy.
  • Social Distancing: Waiting rooms are arranged to allow for social distancing.

Please call your provider's office if you have questions or would like to schedule an in-person appointment or a virtual visit.

Additional Services

Medicare Preventive Services

Medicare covers a full range of preventive services to help keep you healthy and help find problems early, when treatment is most effective. These services include cancer screenings, cardiovascular screenings, vaccinations, diabetes prevention and more. Ask your primary care doctor which services are right for you.

Learn more on Medicare's Preventive & Screening Services page. You also can download these resources:

Chronic Care Management Program

To be eligible for Lake Regional's Chronic Care Management program, patients must have two or more chronic conditions, such as arthritis, COPD, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, depression or some other ongoing medical problem. Participants also must have a Lake Regional primary care provider and be enrolled in Medicare.

In this program, you will connect with a Lake Regional nurse who will serve as your case manager. This individual will work with you and your various health care providers to ensure everyone is on the same page. Your nurse case manager also will call you at least once a month to see how you are doing, and you can call your nurse as often as needed with questions. Ask about your conditions, tests, treatments, medications, appointments and other concerns.

Your nurse case manager also provides palliative care. Palliative care focuses on helping patients manage symptoms — such as pain, nausea, weakness and shortness of breath — for improved quality of life. Be sure to talk about your symptoms and goals with your nurse.

If you are interested in enrolling, ask your Lake Regional primary care provider for a referral. For more information on how the program can help you, call 573.302.2281.

Rural Health Clinics

Our primary care clinics in Camdenton, Eldon, Iberia, Lake Ozark, Laurie and Osage Beach are designated Rural Health Clinics and participate in the sliding fee schedule. Learn more on our Billing and Insurance page.
