COVID-19 Vaccination

Missouri is now vaccinating all Missouri adults.

Individuals wanting to be vaccinated should contact their Lake Regional primary care clinic to schedule an appointment or use Missouri’s Navigator tool. If you use Navigator, you will complete a questionnaire to determine your eligibility based on Missouri’s priority phases. You will be notified upon activation of each phase and alerted when you become eligible. You will then be able to seek vaccination from providers in your area.

If you previously signed up on a Lake Regional waiting list, your name has been given to a primary care clinic based on your selected preferences. That clinic will call you to schedule an appointment when you become eligible to receive the vaccine.

Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Alert: According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, individuals who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine who develop severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath within three weeks after vaccination should contact their health care provider. Patients with other clinical questions should contact their health care provider or call the state's COVID-19 hotline at 877.435.8411.

More Information

The COVID-19 vaccine itself is provided at no charge. However, there is a vaccine administration charge that will be billed to your insurance, including Medicare, if you are insured. At this time, there is no copay or co-insurance and therefore no out-of-pocket costs. Uninsured patients will have no out-of-pocket costs.

Which phases are receiving vaccine now?

Where will Lake Regional administer vaccines?

As our primary clinics receive vaccine, they are scheduling appointments with people on the waiting list.

Most of our community events are held in the former Pier 1 Imports building, located at 3975 Jr Prewitt Pkwy, Osage Beach.

The safety, health and well-being of our patients is always our top priority, and we will continue to follow the latest safety protocols from the CDC at all of our vaccination locations.

Is it safe to get my child vaccinated?

The initial clinical trials did not include children. Pfizer’s vaccine has been authorized for emergency use to vaccinate those aged 16 and up. Moderna and Janssen's vaccines have been authorized for emergency use to vaccinate those ages 18 and up.

I've been vaccinated, but I lost my card. What do I do?

If you lost your card between your first and second dose, let your vaccinator know during your second-dose appointment that you need a replacement card.

If you lost your card after completing the vaccination process through Lake Regional, please complete a Contact Us form with information about when and where you were vaccinated.
