About Us

Lake Regional Health System provides comprehensive health care services to the residents and visitors of the Lake of the Ozarks region. Our 116-bed hospital features private patient rooms, a large Outpatient department and a 35-bed Emergency Department that is a state-designated Level III Trauma Center. The hospital also is a state-designated Level II Stroke Center and Level II STEMI Center. Plus, the hospital features an 18-bed open Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit and a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit. Our Family Birth Center is a Level II Nursery.

In addition to the hospital, Lake Regional Health System operates seven primary care clinics — located in Camdenton, Eldon, Iberia, Lake Ozark, Laurie, Lebanon and Osage Beach, as well as 20+ specialty clinics, four Express Care walk-in clinics, four satellite rehab therapy clinics, a skilled nursing facility, home health and hospice services, and five retail pharmacies.

Adult Hospitalist/Nocturnist

Join our team today! This opportunity has block scheduling that makes for a great work-life balance. Lake Regional is seeking a full-time BC/BE internist to join our expanding hospitalist program. Enjoy a supportive culture with skilled support staff.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

This is an employed position with a multi-specialty group offering a competitive salary and great benefits including:

  • Employed Opportunity with a Strong, Independent, Non-profit Hospital - 501 (c)(3)
  • Joining an established team of: six daytime Hospitalist (four physicians/two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
  • 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am
  • Block Schedules - 5 on/5 off OR 7 on/7 off
  • Minimum of 15 shifts per month - 180 shifts per year

  • Contract: Shift pay+ RVU generated bonus - High earning potential; extra shift bonus if covering ICU
