Central Bank Employee Health Screen

This health screening is for employees of the Central Bank.

Bank employees can receive the following low cost labs*:

Blood Chemistry Profile: $10.00

Complete Blood Count: $5.00

Prostatic Screening Antigen (PSA): $15.00

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH): $15.00

Hemoglobin A1c (for diabetics): $15.00



*Some screenings require 12 hours of fasting in advance; water and routine medications may be consumed. Registration is encouraged. Online registration will close Tuesday, Nov. 3.
