Our commitment runs deep
The Lake Region is more than just part of our name. It’s who we are. And it’s why we work around the clock to serve 40 surrounding ZIP codes with care designed to meet the specific needs of our community.
As the only hospital between Columbia and Springfield designated for stroke, trauma and heart attack care, we are equipped and fully staffed to address time-sensitive diagnoses. Additionally, our nationally accredited Cancer Center is prepared to deliver comprehensive care to help patients navigate their entire journey while staying close to home.
Our care also extends deep into the surrounding community with 22 clinics throughout the region, a medical helicopter delivering patients from remote locations and multiple programs tailored to the unique needs of our patient population.

The Road to Recovery Shouldn't Start with a Long Drive
Investing in our community means bringing leading care to their doorstep. Lake Regional’s nationally accredited Cancer Center leverages state-of-the-art therapies to detect and treat various forms of cancer.
From prevention to remission, we're here with you
Each form of cancer is different. The therapies that apply to one may not apply to another. We go to great lengths to fully understand each patient’s situation and carefully explain all the options available.
Heart attacks don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we
Time is muscle. That’s why our Level II STEMI Center is prepared to respond heart attacks 24/7.
Door-to-balloon times faster than 90% of U.S. hospitals
The average time it takes to open a blocked blood vessel from the second a patient arrives in our emergency room is 43.6 minutes. And we are always working to make it faster.

Caring beyond our walls
Our commitment to this community is more than just bricks and mortar. We work hand-in-hand with leaders throughout the region, and we go where help is needed. One of our core values is to “care more than expected,” so don’t be surprised when you see us in classrooms, at events and anywhere else we can proactively help.
Commitment runs deep through our organization
We pride ourselves on response, compassion and expertise, and none of those would be possible without our entire team working toward the same goal. Everyone at Lake Regional impacts patient outcomes, from our maintenance staff to our doctors, nurses and executives.
