Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. It’s an alternative health option to alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stress, muscular overuse and many chronic pain syndromes.

Our therapists offer a combination of Swedish or relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, deep-tissue massage and other techniques. In most cases, insurance does not cover the cost of massage therapy. Payment is expected at the time of service.
