Lake Regional’s board-certified orthopedic surgeons specialize in treating diseases, disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system including the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and peripheral nerves. Rehabilitation therapy may be necessary after a surgical procedure, but your physician may also prescribe physical therapy to determine if therapeutic exercises improve your condition without surgery. Lake Regional offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy to help you recover from minor injuries to major surgeries, such as joint replacement.
