Diabetes self-management education has been shown to improve patients' quality of life, reduce medication costs, decrease lower-extremity amputations and reduce emergency room visits and hospitalizations. If you recently were diagnosed with diabetes or if you have had it for many years, Lake Regional's diabetes educators can help.

Our caring, experienced staff provide education, motivation, support and hope for people living with diabetes.Our program, recognized by the American Diabetes Association, will help you understand the disease and your medications, plan healthy meals, be more active, manage stress and cope with the daily tasks of living with diabetes.
