Lake Regional diabetes educators Tara Randle, M.S., R.D., L.D., CDE, and Kristi Brown, R.N., MSN, will discuss the disease process of diabetes, treatment options, how to prevent chronic complications, healthy meal planning and exercise. The session will focus on strategies to promote health and behavioral changes.
