We appreciate our donors and recognize their generosity in a number of ways.
The Donor Wall, located in the atrium lobby of the hospital, contains blocks identifying the names of the individuals, businesses and organizations who have given to our hospital throughout the years. The blocks are sized to denote the cumulative level of giving of the donors.
Recognition in LifeLine
All who donate throughout the year receive a thank-you letter and are listed in the recognition edition of the hospital's quarterly publication, LifeLine .
The Recognition Committee presents plaques to major donors on a contribution basis.
Thank-you letters are sent to all who donate, acknowledging the contribution and indicating the tax-deductible amount.
Those who donate through a fundraising event get recognition in signage, newspaper and radio ads (unless they wish to remain anonymous). They also receive a thank-you letter.
Membership in this special group is achieved either through a bequest to the hospital (trust, will, insurance policy) or a pledge of at least $5,000 payable during a five-year period.
Heritage Society members have included a charitable donation to the hospital in their estate plans at the $10,000 level or greater.
