Lake Regional’s Outpatient Services facility offers convenient, quality health care. We consistently rank in the top 1 percent in the nation for overall rating of care and patient satisfaction. Our 36-bed facility features an innovative, customer service-oriented team of health care professionals who are attentive, knowledgeable, caring and friendly.
We strongly believe that much of your support comes from the family and friends who accompany you to the hospital. We include them as part of your team and encourage them to accompany you through the registration process, stay with you as you prepare for surgery and be with you after your surgery or procedure.
Some outpatient procedures may require anesthesia. If this is the case, a friend or family member must drive you home and be available for at least 24 hours after the procedure to ensure no complications arise. If applicable, a member of our Outpatient Services staff will review this requirement with you.
Registration and Check-In
Upon arrival, all patients must check in at the registration desk in the hospital’s main lobby. To expedite the check-in process, patients are encouraged to preregister online in advance of a scheduled test or procedure. After checking in, you will be directed or escorted to your destination.
Lake Regional Outpatient Services is open Monday through Friday and on weekends, by appointment only, for infusions, injections and dressing changes.
